Our Products
All our soaps are handmade in small quantities so that we can better control the quality of the final product. Small variations (colour, design, shape, weight) in the handmade product are perfectly normal.
It is the best way to certify that the product you received is not made by machines, but by human hand.
We make sure our soaps are free of preservatives and other chemicals. This practically means that after a reasonable amount of time, they may become discolored and not as pretty.
But that doesn’t mean they are still not great quality soaps! You can still use them without fear.
It is characteristic of glycerol to attract moisture. This is why it is an excellent product for moisturizing the skin. Store the product in its protective film. You can use it without any problem at all.
It’s clearly a soapbox issue. When you’re not using your soap, it’s a good idea to place it on a base that drains well and allows the water to not pool. This way your soap will dry properly and not “slick”. It will also last longer.
Paraffin-based candles have a burning time of about 30 hours. Soy candles have a continuous burning time of about 58 hours. But in any case, for the best performance of your candle and complete burning, you should not burn the candle for more than 3 consecutive hours at a time. Let it cool down and then you can relight it.
By trimming the wick to 0.5-1 cm from the wax, you will not experience such phenomena and the product will burn more correctly.
Initially it is a 100% vegetable wax. It has twice the burn time of its paraffin wax counterpart, better fragrance performance, since soy needs more fragrance , and has no burning effects in the room. Although the paraffin wax we use in our candles is the best quality we could find, soy wax is the ultimate candle for someone who wants a 100% plant-based and vegan product.
The porous black sticks that we use in our air fresheners, should be turned once a week so that the fragrance can be better released in the room. So with proper use, our 100 ml diffusers have a shelf life of about 4 months!
The intensity of the fragrance in the diffusers depends on the sticks and the frequency with which you turn them over in the device. More chopsticks and/or more frequent rotation means more fragrance intensity.
If you want less fragrance in the room, remove chopsticks until you achieve the desired intensity or increase the frequency at which you flip the chopsticks.
Keep in mind, however, that the length of time the diffuser lasts will be affected. That is, it will deplete the device’s liquid faster or slower, respectively.

Together we can find what will make each occasion unique. Strict requirement though is to place the order at least one month in advance so that we have the time required to process your request as we do not want to make any “discount” in the quality of the products due to time pressure.
Shipments from us are made using the door to door service of ACS Courier. The cost is calculated based on the area where the items will be shipped and the weight of the products.
Of course! With purchases over 50€, we give you free shipping. Also, at check out, you can choose “pick up from the store”. You save the cost of shipping and we have the pleasure of meeting you in person!

Please be aware, however, that in case of a change, the cost of transporting the return of the products and re-shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
